The redevelopment of 270 Neilson Street delivers a modern 2-hectare industrial facility supporting large-scale wine bottling and distribution. Constructed alongside an existing operational warehouse, the project required precise coordination to seamlessly integrate new and existing structures within a constrained brownfield site. Calthom provided civil engineering design and construction observation services, addressing the complexities of the site with a focus on robust stormwater management. This included careful design of overland flow paths, water quality treatment, and hydrological mitigation to manage flood risk and ensure resilient, high-performing infrastructure. The result is a well-integrated and efficient industrial facility delivered within a challenging live environment.
