Project overview
The redevelopment at 100 Carbine Road delivers a substantial new industrial facility, including a 13,000m² warehouse and associated office space designed to support heavy manufacturing use. Located alongside active industrial sites, the project required a considered approach within a constrained brownfield environment. Calthom provided civil engineering design and construction observation services, responding to challenging ground conditions and the presence of contaminated materials encountered during early works. Our involvement focused on delivering practical and resilient infrastructure solutions, including stormwater management, bulk earthworks, and three waters design, ensuring the site performs effectively for long-term industrial use.
