Project overview
Takanini Village forms part of a growing town centre hub, delivering commercial infrastructure to support retail, dining, and community-focused spaces within an active urban environment. The works involved redevelopment within an established site, including new carparking, servicing, and integration with existing buildings and infrastructure. A key component of the project was the diversion of an existing deep sewer to enable the planned development. Calthom provided civil engineering design and construction observation services, supporting the delivery of practical and well-coordinated infrastructure. Our involvement focused on three waters, bulk earthworks, and site servicing, ensuring a functional and robust outcome within a constrained brownfield setting.
